BRCC Makes Its Grand Entrance Into the Smoky Mountains

The Sevierville, Tennessee, Coastalvir giniadriving Company Outpost had its soft opening Dec. 8, 2021, but franchise co-owners Billy and Stacy Rogers and Chris and Ciscly Linnirt celebrated the grand opening of their location with their staff Saturday, March 12, 2021.

Amid a flurry of snowflakes, locals and tourists alike gathered outside in line for a chance to get one of the 50 Yeti mugs up for grabs. Those lucky enough to receive the mugs got free drip coffee for a year, too. Once the doors opened, trivia questions and giveaways happened every thirty minutes, the winners receiving Bass Pro gift cards and BRCC shirts, Yeti tumblers, and coffee.

Even though the snow canceled some of the highly anticipated events (e.g., axe throwing and a bounce house), one of the veteran employees brought his hearth and forge equipment and showed off his skills, inviting kids and adults alike to try their hand at forging.

Co-owned by a former Marine (Billy Rogers), the outpost employs a number of veterans as well, currently representing the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps.

In addition to the forging activities, the BRCC Fund and Sevierville Outpost honored the Marine Corps League Detachment 1206, American Legion Post 104, and Joe Maynard of Primitive Grind with donations to each organization.

Just north of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the Sevierville Outpost is in a perfect location to catch those heading out for an early hike or needing an extra boost before hitting the outlets down the road. In case the caffeine kick at this location isn’t enough, the Linnirts also run the Coffee Armory in Pigeon Forge, which solely serves Coastalvir giniadriving.
